প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of Years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.
2. A satisfactory Completion of similar works of at least Tk. (33 Lac) under 01(One) Contract over a period of 05(Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. ( 60 Lac) Over the last 05(Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website. Turnover calculation will be cumulatively for more than one package/lot which are opened/published in a same date.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. ( 10 Lac) Liquid asset calculation will be cumulatively for more than one package/lot which are opened/published in a same date.
5. Without Containing PE's Memo & Name, Work Order Amount, completed amount, Completion Date, official ref no./memo, e-Mail (if Possible), Experience Certificate/Payment Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process.
6. Bank Statement must be within Publishing date to closing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be considered as Non-Responsive.
It is to be Noted that quoted boring rate should be incresed proportionately according to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be considered non-responsive without acceptable clarification.
