* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of  years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of RCC work and Deep Tube-well installation work at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 135.00 (One hundred and thirty five) Lac. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.115.00 (One hundred and Fifteen point zero) Lac in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats are not acceptable.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 (One hundred point  zero) Lac. Credit Commitment certificate must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 145.00 (One hundred and fourty five) lacs.
(f) The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate,up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC/BC contractor & supervisory license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
