প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer have to have-
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5(five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Lakh (Taka Three Lakh Fifty Thousand); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 3.00 Lakh (Taka Three lakh) in the last 3(Three) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last three years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 2.50 Lakh (Taka Two Lakh Fifty Thousand). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 3.20 Lakh (Taka Three Lakh Twenty Thousand).
(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Up-to date BC/C License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(H) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
