* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of electrical equipment and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of electrical equipment and related services of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakh.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 (Forty Five) lakh. The tenderer must submit letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
4. The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
5. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be considered as the reason of Tenderers Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
