* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction with electrical works successfully Completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least BDT 13.00 Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD. (Section 7)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15.00 Lakh over the last 3 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP wb portal.)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lakh. Must be submitted according to the Format PW2a-3.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 15.00 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate and ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
