* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.80.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.100.00 Lakh over the last 05 [five] years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable.[years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format.] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.55.00 Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.90.00 Lakh
6. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
8. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from the Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within the schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
