প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers/Firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in supplying and installation of related software.
2) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 03 (Three) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (five) years.
3) Tenderer/Firm will provide free training session of the software to the personnels of the university who are associated with the software.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, iv) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.
7) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
