3. The tender may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of supply.
4. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
5. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format of CPTU
6.Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
