প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All papers submitted with tender proposal must be updated, attested by 1st class gazette officer and signature of tenderer with date. Tenderer must submit following papers of his/her own.
 a. Passport size photo.
 b. Photocopy of National Identity card.
 c. Nationality certificate.
 d. Three sample signature in letterhead pad of self business organization.
 e. e-TIN certificate with income tax paid certificate for 2022-2023 Tax year with in come tax fixation in rule detailed with authorized signature. No unfinished incomplete certificate is unacceptable.
 f. 13-digit on-line VAT registration certificate.
 g. Photocopy of trade license updated up to 2022-2023 fiscal year mentioning all individual groups of tender item.
 h. Photocopy of drug license for supply medicine or challan from supplier for supplying raw products (Fish/meat/chicken, etc.) with written agreement.
 i. 1st class magistrate/Notary public should certify sole proprietorship of tenderer. In case of joint stock business agreement between shareholders, certificate of proprietorship and individual consent from all shareholders should be submitted.
j. Bank solvency certificate from any listed bank
k. Non Loan defaulter certificate issued by bank/banks providing solvency certificate approved by their central authority.
l. Audit report prepared by licensed renowned local/international audit farm including all financial transection and liquid assets.
m. Certificate issued by Mayor (In case of pourosova)/chairman(Zilla parishad/Upazila parishad/ Union parishad) mentioning non involvement of any anti-government activity of the proprietor.
n. Certificate issued by Mayor (In case of pourosova)/chairman(Zilla parishad/Upazila parishad/ Union parishad) mentioning not funding at any anti-social/radical activity/ terrorist activity by the farm/company.
