প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for minimum 5 (Five) years.
2. Successfully completed RCC Civil construction work completed under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous body of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore as Prime Contractor / Subcontractor / Management Contractor.
3. If works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer,If works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4. Minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 12 (Twelve) Crore supported by payment certificates during last Five years.
5. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk. 2.5 (Two point Five) Crore.
6. Minimum Tender Capacity of 3.5 (Three point Five ) Crore.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate and updated Trade license.
8. Contractor must maintain pro-rata progress of work, Failure to do so may result in termination of contract.
