* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 4(four) years of experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lac) under 2 (two) contracts within last 4(four) years.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 45,00,000.00 (Forty-Five Lac) (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate"
