Tenderer shall have
1.Valid Trade Licence
2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Experience of Supplying Goods in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization within last 3 (Three)
years.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate.
6.Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized distributor or authorized sales office; (in case of
authorization letter from distributor/sales office;Tenderer needs to enclose alongwith the distributor or
sales office certificate issued by OEM). The authorization letter shall be furnished on an official note
pad duly signed by representative/authorized person mentioning e-mail address, telephone/fax, designation
with details address, website address of the manufacturer. BPDB authority will communicate to
verify the authorization letter during evaluation stage. If there is no response received from the
manufacturer entities, the bid will be subjected to rejection.
