প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of works as specific experience at least Taka 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) under a single number of contract over a period of last 5(Five) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
2. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have
a) valid trade license with up to date renewal.
b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.
c) VAT registration Certificate.
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 20,00,000.00(Tweenty Lakh) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
6. Terms and condition mention in the file: Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.
7. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
