* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must have latest & valid enlistment as gas pipeline contractor from Titas
Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited/ Petrobangla or any other company
of Petrobangla having minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in Gas connection
network work.
2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Gas pipeline
work of Tk. 70.00 lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous
Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (i. The year counting backward from
the date of invitation of this Tender (IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies.
ii. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned
Executive Engineer. iii. In case of the work done under any Govt. /semi Govt. /autonomous
bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of
Executive Engineer.)
3. The Tenderer must process: i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income tax
clearance certificate iii) VAT registration certificate iv) Up to date enlistment certificate.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turn over in the last 3 (three)
years of Tk. 20.00 lac only.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities next of other
confidential commitment of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 30 (Thirty) lac. Letter of
commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of Credit is to be issued from the concerned
Bank in between publication date and submission date of this tender in the format as
specified (From PW 2a-3).
6. Other condition as specified in Tender Document.
