(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of I&C/ Electrical spare(s) of minimum Taka 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh) under maximum 1 [one] contract in last 3 [three] years.
(c) The Tenderer should have valid and updated trade license, should be financially solvent, income tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
