প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements :
a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 years.
b) Specific experience of similar work in a single contract of minimum value of Taka 10.00 Lac (Taka Ten Lac) only. Work completion certificate from respective Procuring Entity must be submitted along with the Tender. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
c) Minimum annual construction Turnover of Taka 18.00 Lac (Taka Eighteen Lac) only over the last 5 years. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 12.00 Lac (Taka Twelve Lac) only. In case of available credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender Reference No. The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission.
e) If bank statement submitted as a proof of liquid asset than the minimum required amount shall have to be retained into the account until the completion of evaluation of the tender. Otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
f) The required minimum tender capacity shall be Taka 10.00 Lac (Taka Ten Lac) only.
g) If the total quote price of any submitted tender is more than 10% less or above than the official estimated cost than the tender shall not be recommended for approval as per amended acts and rules of PPA2006 & PPR2008.
