* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,২৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Electrification Repair / Building Repair maintenance work in a single contract during least 05(Five) Years in any Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh with a value not less than Tk. 2.50  Lakh.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 24.00 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2-a3 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.00  Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 3 Lakh.
(6) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Valid TIN Certificate
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate
(v) Up-to-date Valid ABC category Electrical  Contractor License and Supervisory Certificate from Electrical  Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
vi) Site visit Report duly signed by concerned site Engineer not below the Rank of Sub-Divisional Engineer with the signature of concern authorized person Design, Drawing and Catalogue must be approved by competent authority
Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
