দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৫০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry feed) of minimum BDT65,00,000.00 [Sixty-five lakh only] under public sector maximum single [1] contracts in the last five [5] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry feed) of at maximum single [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 65,00,000.00 [Sixty-five lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 73,00000.00 [Seventy three lakh] only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2022-2023) etc.
(ii) The manufacturer must have five (5) years of experience on Duck/Poultry feed production with category-1 (Feed Mill) license from DLS
(iii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, warranty certificate and should submit documents that the manufacturer must have to have experience for Duck/Poultry pellet feed production with updated ISO Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2018) certification/BSTI CM license on poultry feed, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
