* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 3(Three) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of the same nature and Complexity of Work completed within the last 03(Three) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk 8,00,000.00 (Tk Eight Lakh).
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9,00,000.00 (Tk Nine Lakh) over the best 3 years in the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Tk Five Lakh) Liquid asset or credit commitment must be unconditional and submitted in the form of a letter of commitment from any scheduled bank undertaking for a line of credit in Prescribed Form.
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Tk Ten Lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate, Valid VAT documents, and Up-to-date ABC/BC license and Supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh along with the tender.
(g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer are given in TDS & PCC.
