প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of civil and sanitary repair work amounting to TK 2.00 lakh (Two lakh) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00 lakh (Thirty Lakh) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates. (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 Lakh ( Three lakh ) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form e-PW2(a), otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade licence and VAT Registration Certificate.(f) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 2.20 lakh (Two lakh twenty thousand).
