প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
 The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 3 years.
A satisfactory completion of similar works (Repair/Maintenance/Construction work with SS, MS or Any type of sheets) of at least Tk 4,50,000 under Two (02) of contracts over a period of Five (05) years shall be required in any Government/Semigovernment/Autonomous organisation.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000 from authorized financial Instituion.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,00,000 over the last Three (03) years.
Submission of Last TAX year return acknowledgement slip/certificate, VAT and e-TIN certificate and valid Trade License.
Written commitment for ensuring worker safety by providing all safety equipment : Safety helmet, Safety shoes,safety belt etc.
Written declaration must be given that they will supervise the workers properly and they will be liable for any accident during the work.
