প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Experience Criteria:
i. General Experiench 10 Year and The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Site Development works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Site Development works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature and methods technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 270.00 (Two Hundred Seventy) lakhs [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
Financial Criteria:
iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 450.00 (Four Hundred Fifty) lakhs over the last 05 (five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
iv. The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tendered shall be BDT 110.00 (One Hundred Ten) Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer shall instruct to the conceded bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
v. The contractors who have not started or completed their work/works within scheduled stipulated time without any acceptable reasons, their tender will not to be considered for evaluation. In case of reasonable causes, contractor must describe in details on his letterhead pad & include all supporting papers which must be uploaded with his tender documents.
vi. Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
