দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 49 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60 lakh over the last 5 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 32 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 46.50 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
(b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
(c) DPHE has reserve the right to supply materials (such as PVC pipe, reducer, filter etc but not limited as mentioned) to the sucussful tenderer to excute the work and deduct material cost as per issue rate ( which is uploaded in Section -7)
