a) The tenderer’s having registered of CPTU.
b) The tenderer shall have renewed up to date (2022-23) trade license, TIN & VAT registration Certificate.
c) The tenderer shall have experience for Plantation of fruits, forest and medicinal trees successfully.
d) Work certificate to be attached with tender.
e) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 5 lakh
f) Others term and condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
বিশেষ শর্তাবলী ঃ- একজন দরদাতা ইজিপি সিস্টেমে একাধিক লটে কাজ পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা অর্জন করলে, এক এর অধিক লটে কাজ প্রদানের বিষয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চুড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
