প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as per as TDS and mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in software works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number of software works worth not less than Tk 4.0 lakh only in a single work.
c) The required average annualsoftware turn over must be greater than Tk.10 Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual software Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 4 Lakh only.
e) The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License ,
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
