* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,৩০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in CNG conversion (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number CNG conversion works worth not less than Tk 7 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.4 Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual CNG conversion Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 8 Lakh only.
e) The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License .
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more
h) Cylender replacement gurantee 5 years.
i) Installation warrenty 1 year.
