* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall fulfill the following conditions:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.36.00 Lakh. in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 205.00 Lakh over the last 5 years. in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work.
(E) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35.00 Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.
(G) The Tenderer must have Up to date ABC Electrical Supervisory Licence of his own firm.
(H) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
