দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods i.e. supply and installation of Lifts at least 1(one)number of 630 kg or above lift in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 lakh for each lot under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
a) In case of work done under PWD,the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
b) In case of works done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A)
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e credit line(s) as per STD( Form PG3–8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 90.00 lakh.
5.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
a) Up-to-date ABC license.
b) Up-to-date Supervisory license.
c) Up-to-date TIN & VAT certificate.
d) Up-to-date Trade license.
6) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted as per STD (Form e-PG3 - 5).
7) Terms and conditions as uploaded in Section No-6.
8) Attached Specification are uploaded in Section No-6 that uploaded Specification will be treated as attached specification with this item No-1
