দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Form PW3-7). Credit line facility certificate format is attached in section-7 in TDS. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
5. The site of Protective works is not acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
6. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
7. Confirming the circular about Formation of JVCA, Business Share, Specific Experience, Turnover (See attached document of CPTU Circular in section 8: Particular Specification).
8. The Contractor shall keep records of steal and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
9. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
