প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 30.00 ( Thirty ) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [ 70.00 (Seventy) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 30 ( Thirty ) Lac only, supported by Bank certificate.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, ABC License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
