দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Any Enlisted firm of Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous body having updated valid trade license, incometax clearance and VAT registration certificate and tenderers enlistment of CPTU are eligible to participant the tender who fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender data sheet (TDS), PCC and other conditions of the tender document.
ii) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience in construction of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 lakh.
iv) The tenderer shall have specific experience in construction of Dug well work or who has field evidences in Dug well construction (proof must be needed) over the last 5 (Five) years experience in department of BADC/BMDA/DAE. The Tenderer must have Rotary/Rig machine, winch rope, tripod stand, casing etc. equipment which will be physically verified.
v) Other terms and conditions will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
vi) Tenderer whose earlier any similar work is/was not completed in right time or any similar work completed with LD (Liquidated damage) according to work order will not be considerd for acceptence after evaluation.
