প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Construction and Repair works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil,Sanitary & Electric works worth not less than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac supported by Bank certificate.
(E) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.
(G) The Tenderer must have Up to date ABC, Electrical Supervisory Licence of his own firm.
(H) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
