* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), two years over all production and one year specific experience in the supply of uPVC pipes and fittings (i.e. 250mm dia. uPVC pipes and moulded fittings) in Govt. or Semi Govt./Autonomous organization.
b) Factory test report has to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe 2 pieces, T-joint 2 pieces, End cap 2 pieces) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of deposition of the samples shall have to attached with the Tender document.
d) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, Incometax clearance certificate etc.
e) The required number of similar contracts shall be 1 (one) over the last 5 (five) years.
f) Certificate of work experience of similar uPVC Pipes & Fittings shall be of a single Contract.
g) Tenderer must have ability to supply all goods within 15 days after issuing of NoA. An aknowladgement must be given in this contest. Factory visit may be done before issuing of NoA.
*All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
