প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer (ITT 10.1(e)
2. Valid e-Trade/Trade License (ITT 10.1(g). Trade License Valid for 2022-23 FY.
3. TIN Certificate (ITT 10.1(f)
4. VAT Registration Certificate (ITT 10.1(f). Vat registration certificate Up to date on 2022-23 FY.
5. National ID of Authorized Person (ITT 10.1(e)
6. Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number.
7. Brand name, model number, country of manufacture and place of origin of each item must be mentioned compulsorily.
8. Please mention with written document that all the Items are ready in stock and evaluation team will verify stock availability in person to the supplier office during evaluation process.
9. Original Color printed catalogs of goods or machineries prepared by the manufacturer must be submitted or goods/products weblinks of each product of manufacturer have to be submitted from the verified original websites of manufacturers.
10. Manufacturer’s authorization letters, ISO, TUV Certification, SIAA certificates for item no. 14 and manufacturer’s authorization letters, FCC, CE, RoHS, C-Tick certificatesn for item no. 15 have to be submitted. Manufacturer’s/Distributor authorization letters of all items must submit.
12. Tenderers have to submit Credit Limit/Bank Statement (updated from last six months to the submission date) and have to submit Bank solvency Certificate (maximum seven days earlier which issued on or before to the submission date of the tender document).
13. The tenderer should have a minimum of 5 (five) years of all work experience and at least three (03) years of similar work experience. The Bidder must have three (03) similar work experience with at least one single contract value of minimum Tk. 40,00,000.00 (40 lakhs) which is completed within the last (03) three years.
