* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of General experience in construction works.
b) Having specific experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. minimum Tk 1125.00 Lakh in last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh (from FY-2018-2019 to 2022-2023)
c) The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset / Credit facilities /working capital of TK. 152.00 lakh BDT of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.
d) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05 (five) financial years (from FY:2017-2018 to 2021-2022)years of Tk. 625.00 lakh (Total =625.00x5=3125.00 lakh )
e) Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Certificate iv) NID card.
f) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 14:00 on 24/05/2023.
g) Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below of the official estimated cost will be rejected his/her tender.
h) In the case of tie for the evaluated price the tenderer shall be selected based on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects’
i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) Technically responsive based on reasonable Required Analysis submitted and Satisfy other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
