প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of construction works in Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.22.00 (Twenty Two ) Lac only in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.30.00 (Thirty ) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.30.00 (Thirty ) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents (Form PW3-7) ,Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Must have Up to Date TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
