* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Electrical works including Dual phase power supply line  works  amounting to TK 25.00 lakh (Twenty five lakh) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh.(i) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authorityshall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 150.00 lakh (One hundred fifty Lakh) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 Lakh ( Forty five lakh ) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form e-PW2(a), otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC and supervisor licence ,Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade licence and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 34.00 lakh (Thirty four lakh).
