প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ;
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number repair, maintenance & renovation works of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five ) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac. Only Payment certificates/completion certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).
e) The tenderer must posses ;
i) Up-to date (2022-2023 FY) renewal enlisted Contractor
i) Up-to-date (2022-2023 FY) income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Up-to-date (2022-2023 FY) trade license.
f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
