দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Valid Trade Licence for FY 2022-23.
Up to date TIN Certificate.
VAT or BIN Certificate.
Bank Solvency Certificate.
Valid 1.3 or 1.4 category enlistment certificate.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction/ Maintenanc/ Rehabilitation works shall be 7 (Seven) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
The Tenderer having current and valid enlistment certificate under category 1.3 or 1.4 of any Gas distribution company of Petrobangla and have minimum experience of construction of gas pipeline(150 psig or above) or Pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation works of at least 2(Two) contracts with in the last 10(Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 40 (Forty) Lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50(Fifty) Lakh of best 5(Five) years over the last 10 Years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8000000 (Eighty Lakh).
           [Must be provides in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG2-5) in original form of Tk 80,00000 (Eighty                         Lakh).or account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid assest) bank statement must issue within on or after publication of tender notice].
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 1,15,00000 (One Corer Fifteen Lakh).
Other conditions shall be applied as per Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
