দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with the e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. The tenderer should meet all of the criteria outlined in the TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to the attached format (Form PW2a-3). Credit line facility certificate format is attached in section-7 in TDS. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to the attached format, tenderer may be declared as non-responsive.
4. Quoted amount of the tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
6. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before and after the completion of the works, at his own expense, maintaining the same angle of pictures.
7. After completion of the tender opening process, if the authority is unable to download important documents from the tender that are considered for tender evaluation, the tenderer may be treated as non-responsive.
