* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), 5 (Five) years over all production and 3 (Three) years specific experience in supplying 450 mm dia MS pipe in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS)
b) Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1meter MS pipe 1 piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
***All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
