a. The tenderer must submit update authorization letter for submission anainst the tender ID. Incase of submission of in accurate authorization letter the tender shall be considered as non responsive.
b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
c. . If the quoted rate is more or less than 5% (five percent) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit detailed itemwise rate analysis of all items including VAT, IT, Profit. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item of the tender shall result in the tenderer as non-responsive.
d. Tenderer must have atleast one single contract of smillar supply within last 5 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
