* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

The tenderer needs to follow the instruction before submitting the tender:
The Specific Experience certificates must be as per the standard format with information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount, etc.). A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
No Experience Certificate, only Payment Certificate will be considered in Turn-over & Tender Capacity calculation during evaluation to avoid error in calculation.
In the case of liquid assets, a certificate with the statement from the bank should be submitted and in the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and both must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of the IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
In case of tender capacity, tenderers submit the data/information regarding works in hand and committed works as per the Departmental prescribed format attached/uploaded in the Particular Specification Section. A tenderer failing to submit will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
The Quoted boring rate should increase proportionally according to the depth of the well (From the bottom of the housing). Otherwise, the tender would be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
Any tender having uncompleted works and time exceeding 100% of that work order in one package within the same organization will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
