প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) Contract of 1 (one) Soil test work within the last 5 (Five) years in the Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 4.00 ( Four) Lac. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac. over the last 5 (Five) years in the Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (d) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submit letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW2a-3, otherwise, the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) ) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, eVAT Registration License, and all necessary documents. (F) Enlisted Contractors/Firms of PWD according to PWD financial limit who have experience in sub soil investigation works and up to date renewal license of PWD are eligible.
(f) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be 3.00 (Three) Lac.
