h. Test of materials must be perform under BUET/RUET/DUET/Equivalent and test of water samples must be perform from Zonal Laboratory of DPHE. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.
i. Location & Position of Site depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
j. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
