দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm .
c. The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied on contractors.
d. Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of minimum 3 years debars in respective zone.
e. Must have specific experience in the construction of steel structure work.
f. All other information is in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
g. Above or Less is Applicable as per Govt. Order(GO)/PPR.
h. Test of materials must be perform under BUET/RUET/DUET/Equivalent and test of water samples must be perform from Zonal Laboratory of DPHE. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.
i. Location & Position of Wash Block will be change one upazila to another upazila and it's depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
i. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason
