প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum of general experience 5(five) years
(B) Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar Nature of Work in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac in a single tender .
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lac, in case of Line of Credit, certificates must be submitted in the prescribed Form PW2(a)-7 from any scheduled bank without any alteration.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(F) Up-to date ABC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled
