* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer should have the followings
This invitation forTenderers is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade lincences,Latest incume Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency,
Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal to enter into the contract, Under the applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/Genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 1(one) similar supply experience in last 3 (three) years otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000g or 1000ml of each sample before 23/05/2023, in office of the chief chemist Bibiyana south 400MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable jar/bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in Tender documents otherwise the Tender will be non- responsive.
6. Tender must fuifill the requirements of TDS&PCC.
7. Tenderer must submit a written commitment that they are commited to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity,as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.
