1. Tenderers must have a satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [100 lakh] under [single] of contract(s) over a period of [last 5] years (Backward years Counting from the IFT date).
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. [30.00 lakh] (Thirty Lakh Taka Only) (in case of Bank Statement it must be after IFT Date.) (in case of credit line it should be submitted in the form of (PW3-7)
3. Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a. Similar Nature Experience certificate.
4. Tenders are being invited for [single lot]
5. The Tender validity period shall be [120] days.
6. The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 3.00 lakh (Three Lakh)
7. Tenderers must have Upto date income tax clearance, valid VAT Registration, Up to date trade license certificate, National ID
8. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
9. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
