দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in electrical works.
(b) The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of electrical repair and maintenance works with a value of at least Tk. 5.0 (five) lac through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 40.00 (forty) lac during last 5(Five) Years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.0 (six) lac only.
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 5.0 ( five) lac only.
(f) The tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(iii) Up-to-date trade license. (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
